Friendly staff, comfy beds. The shower was a little difficult to control the temperature of, and the room was set to hot. Beside that we had a great stay, really convenient for the town centre and mining museum.

Room was clean. Some new facilities but mostly old furniture from previous hotel brand. Carpets marked and stained from where previous furniture was. Shower was dangerous. Burning hot water then ice cold, without moving temperature control. In 6 days I never once managed to shower without being burned. Room temperature was unpleasant, even with provided fan running constantly. Airflow from it barely reached 2 feet away. I wouldn't like to stay there when it was warm outside as room temperature would be unbearable. Even with balcony door open there was no airflow. Strange concept having a double bed but a single duvet.

Quite nice hotel at a fair price, although rather basic. Very small lots in the parking garage. I managed to get in but it took half an hour to get out - some modern cars lock the brakes if I drive too close to something - which I needed to do to get out. Didn´t have breakfast so cannot comment. Restaurant nice but very expensive for what I got.

Rezeption unterbesetzt. Mitarbeiter ließ uns stehen während er mit Kunden Preis verhandelte. Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Allerdings hat das Hotel nur eine Klimaanlage auf dem Flur. Total unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksbereich. Ich würde das Hotel nie wieder buchen. Da gibt es Alternativen in Bochum.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunsch Zimmer zu wechseln problemlos. Gutes Frühstück. Im Zimmer alter TV der nicht in der Lage ist HD Sender zu empfangen. Blende von Stromsteckdose fällt einfach ab. Zimmer sauber. Schade das auch hier der Parkplatz nicht inkludiert ist.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war jedoch sauber, bequem, gutes Frühstück, ruhig und mit einem ruhig gelegenem Hof. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke dafür!

Es war alles in bester Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lediglich störend fand ich, dass sich die Dusche in der Badewanne befand und der Ausstieg doch sehr tief war. Hier wäre ein Hinweis gut gewesen. Ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beschweren.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, mit Kitchenett ausgestattet und sauber. Allerdings war es sehr stickig im Zimmer. Die Fenster ließen sich zwar komplett öffnen, von 6 Fenstern konnte man aber nur 1 kippen. Das Zimmer war zur Straße gerichtet und damit sehr laut, wenn man ein Fenster geöffnet lassen wollte. Mit gedchlossenem Fenster war es okay. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, stickige Luft in der Nacht war damit vorprogrammiert. Das Bett war recht hart und die Kissen für meine Bedürfnisse zu hoch, ich habe sehr schlecht geschlafen und hatte am Morgen Schmerzen in Schultern und Nacken. Das Restaurant war furchtbar. Trotzdem gegen 17 Uhr nicht viel los war, haben wir 40 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Geschmacklich war es überhaupt nicht unseres, das Schnitzel war sehnig, die Bratkartoffeln verbrannt und der Salat fad. Die Bedienung war freundlich, bis ich auf Nachfrage gesagt habe, dass das Essen nicht geschmeckt hat, da wurden wir einfach stehen gelassen. Beim Frühstück wurde bereits, während man noch beim essen war, der Platz abgeräumt. Ich habe mich sehr gehetzt und unwillkommen gefühlt. Ich wurde, als ich noch die letzten 4-5 Bissen Brötchen in der Hand hielt gefragt, ob man meinen Teller schon abräumen könne. Die Tiefgarage ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Parkplätze sind viel zu eng, wie das Parkhaus an sich auch. Dafür 10 Euro pro Nacht ist sehr viel. Alles in Allem würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und kann das angeschlossene Restaurant leider auch nicht empfehlen.
