The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.

I didn’t like that there is no door in the shower and other people in the room can see you naked from the bedroom. Also if someone is entering the room they would see you naked due to no shower door. Or curtain. The food was soooo good. Really yummy. The room was very clean and crispy white comforter and sheets were very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The place feels fancy and clean the instant you walk in. However the place looks a little outdated. With phones from the 1990s and the floors were painted on and super scratched and stained and have the room a dirty look even though it was actually very clean. The elevator was finicky and you would have to take a couple rides before getting to the floor you wanted to go. The food was amazing 10/10. Room service was good too but prices higher than American. This place is a solid 7/10. No door in the shower so be ware of that

The pictures on all the websites are from 2010 it has gone down hill a lot since then and could be fantastic. Do not take any notice of them. We actually went to see a room and the hotel the day before we booked so knew what we were getting.The food was really good and for £75 per night with a golf course view it was really good. We ate at lunchtime at the golf club, again great food, wine and beer. One pool is shut most things are shut or broken it looks really like a three star hotel. But again we played golf and had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was excellent, the location was perfect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the staff were respectful and welcoming. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back!

The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up

Van 9 t/m 23 september in dit hotel verbleven. Vriendelijk ontvangen en na ontvangst van de sleutelkaart naar de kamer gegaan. Deze zag er in eerste instantie heel netjes uit, maar na beter te kijken zag je toch details die voor verbetering vatbaar waren. O.a. de afwerking van de vloer, de kasten, douchekop en het toilet. Qua reinheid geen klagen! Op de website staan 3 verschillende restaurants benoemd, echter waren er tijdens ons verblijf 2 geopend. Voor ontbijt, lunch en diner Antlatique en voor de lunch Le Club. De menu- en drankenkaarten hebben m.b.v. een QR code gedownload zodat je al een idee krijgt van wat ze serveren. De service en de verschillende gerechten waren goed voor elkaar. Af en toe een missertje kan altijd voorkomen, toch? Bij het hotel ligt een groot zwembad waarbij een deel max 60 cm diep is en 1 deel max 150 cm diep is. De watertemperatuur en helderheid waren prima. Rondom het zwembad verschillende houten ligbedden met dikke matrassen en een gratis badhanddoekenservice! Dus de bandhanddoeken kun je thuis laten, scheelt weer plek in de koffer. Voor de golfliefhebbers; een 18-holes championship course en een 9-holes oefen-/trainingsbaan. Vanuit het hotel rijdt een gratis shuttleservice naar Essaouira, om het uur vanuit het hotel naar de stad en om het half uur vanuit de stad weer terug naar het hotel. Aanrader: jazeker!

La chambre était propre et spacieuse, bien équipée, mais avait besoin d'une rénovation tout comme l'hôtel en général, le petit déjeuner était très varié et composé de produits frais, la piscine immense. Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Le petit plus: la navette gratuite pour le centre d'Essaouira.

Bonjour, Je souhaite exprimer toute ma gratitude pour l’accueil et la qualité de service lors de mon séjour au Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies avec une grande chaleur humaine. Je tiens à citer particulièrement Oumaima à l’accueil, qui a été tout simplement extraordinaire : bienveillante, empathique, avec un sourire sincère et une douceur qui marquent vraiment le client. Ce genre de professionnalisme et de délicatesse laisse une empreinte positive et inoubliable. Je remercie également le monsieur de l’accueil qui nous a reçues avec un thé et un gâteau marocain : un geste simple, naturel, mais empreint de gentillesse et d’authenticité. Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique : une très belle vue, un air frais et un environnement apaisant. Tout le personnel s’est montré à l’écoute, professionnel et attentif aux détails. Je ne comprends pas vraiment pourquoi la note de cet hôtel est si basse. Il est vrai que certaines parties semblent abandonnées, et que certaines renovations doivent être faites, mais il n'y manque absolument rien . Le cadre est paisible, la piscine principale est superbe, la vue depuis les chambres est magnifique, la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Mais le plus important, le personnel à qui j'ai eu à faire est vraiment à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre. Politesse, sourires , discretion, réactivité... vraiment je n'ai rien à redire. Je les remercie tous et toutes , particulièrement Souad pour son accueil et sa disponibilité chaleureuse durant mon séjour .

Hall bien fait. Chambre dans un état lamentable, vieillissante et dégradée. Ne mérite pas son prix…j’ai payé presque 160 euros pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas son prix. Petit déjeuner très basique,certains produits étaient durs et froids. Je passe presque tout le temps via hôtel.com…je suis déçu.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Frühstück war schlecht organisiert, es dauerte lange, bis der Kaffee endlich kam. Einen zweiten zu bekommen war noch schwieriger. Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
