"Wow!! What can I say? What a beautiful charming B&B. I have to admit, I was curious/concerned about such an old facility but given the recent renovation/remodel, job well done. "Location, location. Just 10 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. Closer to restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast is ok for 16 euros. Yes they have amenities for the kids. The bar and restaurant are open until 10:30 pm. However TVs don’t work in the rooms. I know you don’t go to Paris to watch tv but is good to have them working after a long day of walking in the city. We asked front desk about this situation and they said they were aware of the situation and they were going to fix it. No body did it and we stayed for 10 days some days we had the signal for few hours some days no signal at all."

"I had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and pretty quiet - except the walls are thin and on my fourth night a group checked in and must have been sharing a room. They were up all night. I just turned my sound machine up louder to drown them out. I’d stay there again. Good location, too!"

"From USA, flew from London & Stayed for 3 nights Very clean and cute room with double bed and great A/C. Small, but everything we needed. Asked for ice daily & staff brought a bowl. Not a fan of the breakfast for 30 euros a day - nothing hot, but coffee and tea. Boiled eggs, yogurt, dates, apricots, pickles, juice, thin pancakes, croissants, scones, various jams. Found a great breakfast place called Immersion, close by for eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Lots of variety there. Manager was great & refunded us 2 breakfast days. No face washcloths in Paris, used hand towels. Very quiet as hotel is on a smaller street with little traffic. Walked to Eiffel Tower and lots of cafes & restaurants in walking distance. Pickup for bus tours close. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!"

"We were given a room that was freshly refurbished and smelled of paint which was not great. The staff were courteous to change it immediately on our request. The new room was good but in serious need of repair with wet patches in the ceiling in the bathroom and woodwork completely peeling. On the first day, housekeeping did not clean the room and despite two reminders, it wasn’t cleaned when we came back to the room post dinner. It was then cleaned after we went to the manager. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, the staff is nice but due to the points mentioned above, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The obvious Lake is at the location of the Eiffel Tower. We thought we had a balcony room and for the price, I would expect balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The safe didn’t work and they said someone to come to fix it but as far as I know no one ever did. The soap and the shower didn’t work and for a short period of time we lost electricity. They came to fix it, but when we opened the door, the lights came back on. Great to have the TAXi stand so close by."
