"Location is great. Hotel was very busy. We notified the front desk that the TV and shower gel weren't working. Nothing was done. Not use to the half enclosed shower. Felt like i was flooding the entire bathroom while showering. Luckily, we were only staying for 2 nights. We only got 1 complimentary water and there was no water refill station. Bare min amenities. There was no facial tissues. I had to buy my own. We were able to store our luggage on our last day. The front desk just hands me a card and directs us where to go. Not farther instructions so we stood there not knowing that the door to luggage storage was unlocked by the front desk."
