Hyatt Place Prince George

"The hotel is clean and the room amenities were okay. The coffee/tea service in the rooms did not have enough sugar/whitener for the number of cups of coffee/tea that were available. Was disappointed in not having lunch available in the restaurant, breakfast was ho-hum and the dinner menu was very slim. The meat in both the hamburger and chicken choices did not have any flavoring. The staff weren't as helpful as they might have been. It took two visits to find out that dinner was available and not lunch. I was told the first time I stayed that only breakfast was served. I also was told that medical visits were only available if I contacted the hotel directly, however the email address and phone number were not listed on Expedia."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing stay from start to finish! We received such a warm welcome at check-in, and the host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The private jacuzzi was definitely one of the highlights — so relaxing and perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. 🥰 We also loved seeing the horses around our window, patio and waking up to the beautiful views. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ outside with family. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience. Everything was exactly what we hoped for, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Thanks to Maureen for your outstanding professionalism in hospitality and taking care of your guest. 5 stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
