"Room was clean but it was very small, the sea view was obstructed by a column, aircon didn’t work and no alternatives like a fan was offered, the staff wasn’t bothered to help. I had to open the “balcony” door but it was very noisy outside, as the room was in first floor just above the street with lights. We didn’t have a good night sleep. We def won’t go back to that hotel. "

"Came to the Casa after a long drive. The outdoor jacuzzi was heated awaiting our arrival. The room was fantastic. We had a perfectly prepared fresh fish dinner paired with a bottle of wine from Casa do Sear estate. After that, we capped off with a sauna before retiring to bed. Incredible "

"Deberían mejorar las instalaciones o bajar el precio, solo un espejo y pequeño, te cobran por traerte el desayuno que ya has pagado y para nuestro gusto le faltó algo de bollería y más café, poner un bar o un restaurante por que cuando quieres comer o cenar tienes que irte a buscar algo y en Carnota en invierno no es agradable, lo mejor el personal, eso si que es de 10! "Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season.
