A well positioned hotel for the shops and restaurants, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast is superb. All in all a very nice hotel where we have enjoyed staying several times.

Staff were helpful and warming. The room was good but the hotel is on a busy road so a little noisy at times in the room. Overall good and if going back would stay there again

Stating that the rooms are air conditioned is a lie! The control is with the hotel, and in winter months the conditioner only heats the room, so if it's a warm week they tell you open the window or check out without refund! (Without you mentioning the check out)

Horrible, Shower was not working properly and the shower head was broken, called ahead to make sure we could get to the ski station quickly, they lied about that closest one was 49 min away. They didn’t even add the ski and gear rental like requested, they also said they offered this when it was a lie. They also lied about parking availability and called ahead to confirm this. The electric plugs in the room didn’t even work so I could charge any of my devices. What a joke of a hotel and service. Horrible experience.

Está muy céntrico a dos pasos de Caldea ,también a dos pasos del centro de Andorra tienes muchos sitios donde comer incluso en el mismo hotel

Déçu par cet hôtel

Difficultés au moment de l'accueil (pas de prise en compte des deux mails de réservation d'une place de parking en sous-sol - j'avais pourtant précisé que je venais avec un Q7 - et manque d'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil), difficultés pour faire entendre au réceptionniste que ça allait être compliqué de pouvoir se garer avec des places aussi exigües. Coté chambre, un seul oreiller très plat par personne et pas d'autres disponibles dans la chambre, donc très mauvaises nuits. Vous avez dit surclassement ? chambre au 5ème étage avec deux velux en guise de fenêtre... bravo !! Pour le petit déjeuner, c'était par contre très bien.

Très déçue par cet hôtel qui promettait insonorisation dans les chambres, ce qui ne fut clairement pas le cas. Pas de climatisation, nous avons extrêmement souffert de la chaleur. Tout est à payer en plus : parking, piscine (7€ pour le séjour pour seulement 1h par jour).
