"Visited during Easter break 2026 and the hotel was superb. It was so peaceful! We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and the views of the port were so lovely.. you can just watch the world go by. The hotel arranged a nice bottle of cava and something sweet for our room, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, note there was no additional cost to us for this. The breakfast and dinner was really good. The spa wellness was good, but quite small so you need to book. The best feature being the Sauna. Please note the pools are not heated so I found them too cold but my husband enjoyed them. I loved the fact they had a refillable water station on floor 2, this saved cost for water. The hotel is in a great location for you to explore Castell and a 35 minute walk to Mahon. Transportation is good. A special shout out to the hotel staff as they had exceptional customer service, friendly and super helpful. The house keeping staff cleaned the rooms to the highest standards which made the stay even better. It would be great if there were more evenings with entertainment, however the 2 events we attended were joyful and you could listen or dance a long to the singing or live instruments. We will definitely come back!!!"

"Lovely stay, clean and modern room, good shower. Plenty of choice on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lots of rooms by pools but think it would be packed in the summer months. Friendly staff."
