"The hotel looks nice. We booked a room in the main building but we were given apartment at the far end of the complex. They called it upgrade but we felt like it’s downgrade.
The view was at the storage space of old sun beds. The hotel behind had extremely loud karaoke till very late every night- it was a nightmare and we were not able to go sleep.
The biggest issue was luck of water. Every day of our stay there was no water to shower, brush teeth or even to use the toilet! The stuff didn’t seem to be bothered and could not provide an update. They even stop picking up phone calls at the reception to not deal with it.
There was no apology given or any compensation. They didn’t try to resolve the water issue quick enough so paying customers can have access to a basic need in a hotel- having a running water.
We are very disappointed and wouldn’t go back to this hotel."
"Towels are provided free of charge, even on check out day! The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice but drinks added up, with water being $3.50 for a bottle. I think cocktails were €9-€12ish and bottles of wine started at €25ish. You provide your room number for drinks you get at dinner and pay at checkout. The cocktails at the poolside nighttime entertainment were same price as dinner. Lots of servers so it was quick to order, but only a couple bartenders so took a while for drinks to come out."
"I dont usually write the reviews, but here I have to!
The staff is incredibly helpful, they helped me with my booking misshap without any complaints and with a smile on their face.
Amazing breakfast and Dinner. Definitely worth getting the half board!
Short walk from the most beautiful beach!
Can only recommend"
"Absolutely awful experience, with numerous cleaners making noise from 8am daily despite the fact that they should not have started the cleaning before 9am. Tremendous noise from banging, moving of furniture, shouting, laughing, chatting, calling to each from opposite ends of the corridor daily. Thoroughly unprofessional and rude cleaning staff continued to do this despite being asked to stop by the reception and who walked off showing attitude and rudely and who did not apologize to me. On one night, male guests speaking very loudly in German and who sounded drunk, arrived at 1 am and made a lot of noise and then proceeded to switch on the TV in their room and music on loudly at 1:30am. Be aware that the noise issues at this hotel, which has zero sound proofing, are pretty bad. If you want to be able to rest, sleep, have a peaceful stay, just know that you will not get this at this hotel. In addition to all this, you will hear children running at speed up and down the corridors daily and the staff allow this to continue."
"Travelled here with my family. Overall it was a good stay, but be advised it is PACKED with children, mostly younger (under 5). The included breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and overall good. Parking was difficult, but free (street parking only). Beach in front of the hotel was really great! I would recommend this location if you are the type of family that likes to just stay on the hotel grounds and make use of your all inclusive things. If you have a little older kids, and like to explore other sites on the island, I would probably not recommend this hotel. Oh. And whoever the pool guys are, they need a raise :) I maintain my own pool at home and have no idea how they keep this water so CLEAN with hundreds of kids going in and out every day! Same thing with the buffet cleaning staff...they do an amazing job keeping that area tidy. So if management is reading this, give those people a bonus!"
