It is very clean and convenient to anything. And they have a hiker culture here if you happen to stop by leave an item in the hiker box for thru hikers to use.

Terrible location - right next to a power/transformer station. Only donuts for breakfast, nothing remotely healthy. Coffee wasn’t bad. Room was clean but toilet seat was old and stained. Owners were friendly. No parking! Overpriced for what you get.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere.

This is out in the middle of nowhere next to a power station. Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable. I was very pleased.

The Super 8 was clean. It is a little dated but we were there for a few nights, not buying the place. The owners were nice people and were responsive to any requests we had.

In my experience , this Super 8 doesn't deserve the poor reviews. For my stay, everything was fine. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, and it was very quiet. Bonus for guest laundry facilities. The breakfast was minimal as other reviews have noted, but overall it's just what you wold expect from a Super 8

Great stay!

Wonderful. The only disappointment was that my request for a bottom level floor could not be met. Hopefully on my next visit. I will be back. The family that runs the property are all lovely people. ❤️

Convenient location. Half of the lamps did not work, and the TV had to be moved out from the wall to be plugged in. Grumpy lady night clerk should learn to greet her customers and look at them when they talk to her.

A budget hotel that seems clean enough, safe enough, comfortable enough. Great location for I-26 and downtown Erwin.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible for our needs. The facility is dated, but they work hard to keep things tidy and comfortable. It’s easy to reach and just a minute or two from several food venues. We’ll definitely go there again.

Roach Motel!

The room was run down, not very clean and we saw roaches in the morning before leaving. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

The night we arrived the power was out to the whole area including the hotel, though no fault of their own, and they had generator power, the air conditioning was not working on generator power. The hotel itself looked like it was going through some sort of minor renovation on the first floor hallway and that was kind of an eyesore. The room itself was outdated and the wallpaper was peeling. The facility just needs improvement for the price we paid. They clearly jacked up the price because of a special event in the general area and it was not worth what we paid.

Owner supplied more towels and pillow upon asking. Bathtub stopper broken. Very few breakfast options - 2 bland cereals, bagels, and glazed doughnuts; no cream cheese for bagels just butter packets. Whole milk was sour but owner replaced upon asking. Owner threw birdseed out in parking lot that we had to walk through to get to our car.

Clean and safe. Very satisfied.

This was a nice place for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and the place was well kept and in a good location. For the price, we were well pleased. Sometimes less expensive motels can appear good in pictures, but the reality leaves something to be desired or it is in a bad or unsafe location. Not so with this one! I felt perfectly safe staying here with my young children.

They definitely need softer towels! Their bath towels are like wiping your skin with sandpaper! Also, more variety for breakfast would be nice.
