"Right from stepping off the ferry Andreas was there with a great welcome although I was early for booking in it was no problem, in his car and I think a couple of corners I was there Everything about the room was explained in detail obviously a man of many languages, I had a great time and would be more than happy to recommend such a great host a lovely place , nothing is any trouble for Andreas . "What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. The staff were so polite & friendly & just could not do enough for you. We opted for the deluxe package & room was very spacious & cleaned extremely well each morning, the evening turn down service was also appreciated with sundries being restocked daily. The beach area was lovely with amazing views out to Kastri Island whilst offering a great food & drinks service. Lots of swimming pools to choose from too. Food & drink options were plenty with most restaurants offering an al la carte service which worked well for us as we don’t generally like buffet service. We had superb meals every evening with beautiful champagne & wine pairings. It really felt like we were dining out in different restaurants each evening sampling varied cuisines. We hired a Tesla for a day & were able to visit other areas of Kos which was great. This holiday was not cheap but I really feel like we got good value for money. This was our first Ikos experience but will definitely not be our last! If you are considering it then do not hesitate. Book now! "

"This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. I’ll be back! If you’re looking to get around the island would plan to rent a car since the hotel is an oasis but it’s not super centrally located (part of its magic and charm) "
