"The hotel overall is quite nice. I was happy with the accessibility of the property, the cleanliness and the staff. I was surprised with the lack of options of cocktails at the bars. The hotel was kind of like a resort in that the wifi only works in main lobby areas. The parking was covered and easy to get to. I enjoy seeing the horse races from the room! "
"The stay wasn’t bad overall, but there are a few things to be aware of. The biggest issue is the noise—you’ll definitely want earplugs when you sleep. The airport is literally right next door, so you can hear planes taking off, including the engines, and even the windows rattle at times.
The staff was very friendly during check-in, which made a great first impression. However, when we checked out a day early, the receptionist we dealt with was not pleasant at all, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were kind, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast bar was also a highlight—well set up with good options.
A few other things to note: the pool is only about 3–3.5 feet deep and there’s no hot tub. There are no restaurants within walking distance, so you’ll need to drive about 15–20 minutes for food. Also, the hot water in the room only lasts around 20 minutes, so if you’re sharing a room, you’ll need to plan showers accordingly.
Parking is available on the property, and it’s well-lit with cameras, which made us feel safe.
Overall, aside from the noise and a couple of inconveniences, the stay was okay."
"The hotel itself and the airport shuttle all great. The problem is the very thin walls. Absolutely no sleep with tv being on all night in the next room. Our room was an adjoining room so highly recommend you definitely do not stay in one unless you are travelling with the people staying in it!"
