"Staff are really friendly and nice. Breakfast is great! They offer varities everyday. The pool is small but clean. The gym is also clean and well maintained. The only think I was not happy is the parking fee. I wish their parking is free!"

"I have no complaints about my stay. The room was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. I was happy that there was no smell of smoke in the casino. No reflection on the hotel, but it's a little far out from the main attractions. Next time I visit Toronto, I plan to stay closer to the downtown area."

"Hotel shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Was able to book a shuttle for an early flight. Rooms were clean. The breakfast service was good. Only complaints would be the room only had decaffeinated coffee. And the early morning coffee in lobby was warm."

"The staff was very helpful in checking us in and informing us of the onsite amenities such as the complimentary breakfast and onsite bar/restaurant. Our room was beautiful, we had a Queen suite with the jacuzzi tub and it was a perfect room for a weekend getaway. Very spacious and clean. I was happy to see that our towels were refilled and our room was straightened up when we returned to our room. 5/5 stars. My only concern would be the TV in the living room area is sort of facing the bedroom area instead of the couch/table and chairs. I’m sure the tv could be angled but we’d rather not move/manipulate anything haha. Other than that, everything was great for the price and even though the ice machine was out of service on our floor (working one on the ground floor) both elevators were always in service during our stay and we were not disturbed by any exterior noises within the hotel such as neighbors or people out in the hallways so that was great."
