Nice hotel but is that enough?

"The check in process was tedious, the machine did not work. After trying almost an hour I tried calling hotels.com which did not recognized the itenary number. So I was stuck with not being able to talk to an operator or person. Anyhow, alnost after 2 hours we Finally received help and got the rooms. ..."

"Absolutely beautiful location. Falls short on amenities but well worth the stay. Restaurant was not operating during our stay and food was sparse in local town. However, the history of the hotel and the view are well worth the cost."
