"Very well maintained property. Friendly and professional staff."

"The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. You could hear bricks underneath the carpet when walking, again maybe just an age thing. A little care pumped into the hotel and a few new things like a mattress, will go a long way as I really liked where it was situated, the staff and the overall cleanliness. It was in close vicinity to Sasuntsi David metro station (about 12 mins walk). The price of the accommodation was really reasonable, priced at around £227 / 114,400 AMD for an 8 night stay so very good in comparison to hotels based right in the city centre. Good find, glad I stayed but I recommend upgrading a few things!"

"Location is good, everything was good and because April is still winter for them there is no AC, room is so hot, I almost got a nose bleed because of the huminidty inside the room. You can only open the window 2 inch, there is almost no air going in, and it is so noisy outside. I won’t recommend this hotel if you want to rest during March and April its too hot! but the location is good."

"I loved my stay here. You are within walking distance to all of the close sites and next to a park and a busy market. The staff treat you very well and the room upgrade certainly provided me a very relaxing stay. The only problem was that I didn't stay here long enough! The breakfast options were great, there is food and drinks onsite and everything went perfectly. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable , along with the couch. I received excellent sleep here. One note, there was no AC in the room when I was there in mid-March, but it was cool enough outside to just open a window, so it wasn't a big deal whatsoever. I'm very glad I chose this hotel for my stay. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend it! "

"Everything was terrible "

"There was a restaurant with extremely loud music late in the evening between the 2 and 3 floors, impossible to sleep. Impossible to set the temperature or tono0en windows as well. Too bad, because the staff and location were good."

"Strange reception, they asked my guest for passport instead of calling me on non-working phone (I told them trice) but they didn’t ask food delivery and let the guy come up (no room service or a coffeeshop)"
