The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "

"Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. "Had a bit of a hard time getting on the right road to access the hotel. Once there the room and staff were great. In fact in the morning there were 2 buses of people who overwhelmed the breakfast area, literally taking all the food as soon as it came out, leaving nothing for other guests who were not willing to be so pushy. The poor cook and staff were in tears but did an excellent job holding it together. They tried to accommodate those of us not with the foreign travelers on the busses. It was the craziest behavior of people at a breakfast buffet we have ever seen. The staff was excellent in such a weird frenzy. "
