"I was amazed at the quality of this property for the price I paid. Note that although it is within reasonable walking distance of the Metro station, it is not safe to walk between those locations after dark."

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Definitely needs some maintenance. Elevator had duct tape keeping the panel together and no inspection certificate. Shower curtain was ripped at every hook. Overall needs a remodel as definite signs of wear, water damage, etc. "

"Unique hotel in the heart of Annapolis. The room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Parking was a bit expensive $32 one day and strange, couldnt actually park in the covered garrage that was only for vallette patrons. Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker in the room, only instant coffee was on offer. "

"Front desk staff are a real treat to work with! Mervat and Tanya made me and my teens feel so welcomed! My daughter had a SW16 sleepover and all accommodations were met with great detail and customer satisfaction. The indoor pool was clean and well lit. Public restrooms were kept clean and fully stocked. Our adjoining rooms had great views and the beds were very comfortable. My hubby and I had dinner at Anejo Rose and the next morning we had my daughter’s birthday brunch at GrillFire, both in-house restaurants were perfect! Food and drinks were right on point. I can’t wait to book another stay just me and my hubby. It really was a pleasure staying here and the customer service from front desk to all other staff I interacted with was absolutely fantastic! Parking was plentiful and $10.99 a day was fair. Overall The Hotel at Arundel is a must visit and there’s tons to do nearby which makes this place a perfect gem in the Hanover, Maryland area!"

"A few complaints: for being a full kitchen, it was woefully lacking in cooking pots and pans, and just a few dishes. No bedsheets or blankets for the sofabed. Very bad lighting in the common areas, making it low visibility to cook and feel "at home". The staff was great, especially the young man in the breakfast, first name starts with D, he was Dominican, very nice man. "
