"What a lovely hotel this is! Our guest room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. I loved the shower, and the extra soft, plush bathrobes. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio after a day of sightseeing. There is also an intimate bar in the basement. I cannot emphasize how kind, helpful and very hardworking the entire staff was. We found it hard to leave this hotel. Absolutely loved it. One thing I will mention, not all guest rooms are accessible by elevator. If you are unable to manage stairs, you may want to specifically request that."

The room was spacious and well appointed with many thoughtful touches. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful and helped us with every arrangement necessary. "Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town."
