"Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The rooftop spa and heated pool were definite highlights, offering a wonderful place to unwind after exploring the city. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and attentive. The location is also ideal—just a short walk from Baden-Baden's main attractions while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. "We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from."
