"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. "I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The house is new, clean, and beautifully designed in a modern style. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and the dining area is perfect for meals or relaxing with friends or family. There are two cozy bedrooms and even a small yard, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"The stay was amazing and the host was very kind. Cleaning was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait for an hour. We did how ever have some communication problems when arriving and leaving as this is a fenced area. We were able to communicate with the host by contacting security, spanish speaking is highy recommended. The facilites and the house was clean and good. We would come back knowing that all communication should be done in good time."
