The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. I've stayed numerous times there as I will look forward to staying there in the future.
Property and service was excellent, however the property could benefit from offering more amenities. A mini market and fire wood included would be nice.
This place was nice but did lack on some things. There’s no refrigerator or microwave nor do they have food on the property so I recommend bringing a cooler or food ahead of time. Also they required us to pay for our stay via Zelle which seemed a bit sketchy. And getting there was hard in a small car due to the rocky dirt roads. Overall the place was nice and the staff was good to us but I think there are better places in Valle that are more convenient to stay at.
Property was a good place to stay. However, there was no toilet paper in the common and room service did not leave any toilet paper one of the days we stayed.
The staff was attentive. The pool and jacousi were a little dirty Overall we like this property and wish we would have stayed on the weekend to try out their kitchen. Good place for families
The room was really nice very nasic but well organized and cozy. Only one detail it lacked entertainment basically a TV would of made it perfect. We ended watcjing a movie on our phone.
We almost got scammed by the driver provided by the hotel. He claimed that we never paid him even thought we have video/receipt proof.
Besides we had a great time

Liked: Cleanliness
We had a room right next to the reception and on the second day there was some construction going on with loud noises. We were unable to relax. Upon arrival we noticed some towels were no exchange properly as they had some stains.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The place itself was great and the staff was very kind and helpful. If you go in the winter, you should be sure to have 4 wheel drive. We took our mini van through the muddy dirt roads and had to drive through extremely large and deep puddles of water. If you have a low car you could definitely get stuck back there. It was also a bit difficult finding the correct back roads to take. It also would have been nice to use the hot tub, but it was not on.

Stayed in the 2 floor suite but the heater from the bottom was not working. The place could have been cleaner over all. There was construction going on so we could hear that early morning and late in the evening. One hot tub wsnt working and the other needed cleaning. At one point we had to ask to have the temp up. Friendly staff and very centralized to good food/drink places.
We were surprised that the jacuzzi didn’t stay heated. The pool/jacuzzi was a big reason I booked here and it was really inconvenient that you had to find staff to heat it up for you and it took 30+ mins to get warm. We also tried using the jacuzzi Saturday night but couldn’t find anyone to turn the heat on. Reception area was empty even though it was only 8 pm. I messaged asking for help and got no response. There was also a party on site with very loud music that went way past 10 pm, which is when quiet hours start according to the hotel’s own rules. We were frustrated because we couldn’t use the jacuzzi and then had difficulty falling asleep because the music was really loud until at least midnight.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Set the moment we were on our way to a reservation. Everything started going down hill. I was told the reservation wasn’t paid for even though I clicked to get it charged immediately, I requested two queen size bed since I was going with my teenage son, None of the payment was done through credit card. They wanted to do Zelle or cash. We arrived pretty late and the room was ridiculously small. Only one bed, no staff on site the next day. We were just like whatever let’s just chill. Enjoy the pool get ready for a party we found out there was no water for at least two hours, We couldn’t get ready we were late to the party.WiFi wasn’t working the TV in the room wasn’t working. The owner of the property was there and he pretty much didn’t care. I talk to him and he responded. That’s why I couldn’t ask my own Internet in my big house cause he was staying at the big house for the weekend . There was just so many inconvenience Would have been for free then I would not say anything but paying for this absolutely not.
