Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! "We stayed at the olive Farmhouse across the street from the main property. Rooms were cozy and clean with some interesting toiletries to use (made from olive oil). The property also has a range of activities (extra) to choose from. Just a note that eventhough the farmhouse is close to the main property, you have to walk uphill to get to the property for breakfast or the pool. Also it is close to Pienza but on the north side (personally I think the south side is more picturesque). But overall, a good stay and property! Staff was very professional, friendly and always courteous"

"Our stay at Vento d’Orcia was one of the highlights of our trip through Italy. The property is beautiful and full of authentic Tuscan character, surrounded by incredible views of the Val d’Orcia countryside. It is peaceful, quiet, and exactly the kind of place we hoped to experience while staying in Tuscany. Our room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and very well maintained. Everything felt updated while still preserving the character of the property. The entire property, inside and outside, was beautifully cared for. A special thank you to Anna, who made our stay even better. She was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and Anna prepared a delicious omelet for us along with a wonderful dessert. Sitting there in the cool, fresh Tuscan morning and enjoying breakfast surrounded by this landscape was something we will remember. The location is also excellent for exploring Pienza and the surrounding Val d’Orcia countryside. We stayed at several very good hotels during our trip through Italy, but Vento d’Orcia was truly special. Beautiful setting, exceptional cleanliness, wonderful hospitality, and an atmosphere you simply cannot get from a regular hotel. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Anna, for making our time in Tuscany so memorable."
