"The beds were very painful. Couldn’t stay both nights due to the beds and the manager was not helpful at all trying to resolve it."

"Upon checking in, I was greeted by Harrison. He was very nice and polite and checked me in with ease. He even texted to see how I like the room or if I needed anything. The room itself was very clean! I also loved the Dove products that they use in the bathroom. The bed was nice and firm and pillows fluffy. Despite being right next to a highway, you couldn’t really hear anything. The next time I come to Durham, this hotel is definitely where I’ll be staying! Also, I did receive a text message the morning of checkout, the text said “I hope you enjoyed your stay. Let them know when I’ll be departing and they can email my receipt to the email on file”. That gesture was very on point and appreciated. Above all, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately didn’t get to try breakfast as we overslept, I’m hoping next time we can try it."

"The pool was closed. The room was clean but the type of flooring in the room is some kind weird material and is in large squares, so in between the squares it's quite dirty. The shower water never got hot. I should have asked for a handicapped equip room because nothing was easily accessed. The "breakfast" was pitiful. Only a few things to choose from. Powdered coffee creamer. I would suggest calling it a limited continental breakfast. Very disappointing. But the room was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. "

"Its a little off the road. But it is a quiet area. No where to hang my clothes up except towel rack in bathroom. Place is clean they checked my room daily and made the bed. But that is probably the hardest bed ive slept on in a very long time. "
