Great hotel

Great hotel, free parking and easy access. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, chicken wings and steak sandwich are the best I’ve had in years, simply delicious! Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant. Overall a great hotel, I look forward to returning again soon

Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. However check out is at 11, it cost 10 euro extra to check out 12 instead.which is the standard time for most hotels. Food was nice but breakfast was a bit disappointing/basic. For the price of our stay.

Stayed here for the weekend as a group of 6 to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. Had some contact with the hotel prior to arrival in order to arrange to decorate her room and be there to surprise her. Staff could not have been more helpful in organising this. In fact, every staff member we encountered enhanced our stay with their courteous manner, all credit to them.

Good friendly hotel in convenient location.

This hotel is very well situated within close walking distance of Enniskillen town and Lough Erne. There is a car park for use of residents. My room was large, well furnished and equipped and clean. The public areas were modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. As a town centre hotel, the view from the room was of the rear yard of the hotel and adjacent light industrial unit and there was some background noise, although I did not find this intrusive. The front of the hotel is on a quiet road but close to a major road so some road noise might be expected. Additional facilities are limited but anything you might want would be available in the town. The hotel bar is very comfortable with a good atmosphere. The evening menu was limited but with sufficient choice. An excellent choice for visiting Enniskillen and for touring the Fermanagh lakes and the Geopark.

Great in some ways, otherwise disappointing

Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. One guy didn’t know the answer to a basic question. But the sheets were dirty, as were the cutlery and coffee cup at breakfast. Also, the shampoo and shower gel were empty when I arrived and wanted a shower. Nobody on reception so I had to go looking for a staff member to find shower products. Shame these wee things let down what is otherwise a good hotel with good staff

LOVELY CONVENIENT BOUTIQUE HOTEL

We were welcomed so well by the girls at Reception. They were pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We had al most everything we needed. Spotless. Excellent black out curtains. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided. Good breakfast and Jacqui, who is in charge, is amazing - SO helpful and friendly. 4 small negative points: 1. The window was completely opaque - not pleasant☹️ We presume the view must have been undesirable but we would still have preferred transparent glass. 2. No body wash convenient to the bath!! 3. There were quite a few stains on the underside of the duvet cover - not good. 4. Food in the Bar area in the evening was mediocre. I had a fish cake and I would have needed a magnifying glass to find any fish supposedly pink trout???

Not the greatest experience

Stayed many times and left good reviews. This however, was not one of those times. Batroom was not clean in room, room stank and seemed like a blocked pipe. I had a note telling me due to these unprecedented times and distance control the rooms wouldn't be serviced with a bottle of prosecco as a complimnent to aknowledge that, yet there was none of that in either the bar or restaurant and it was a free for all. Just tell people you are short staffed. I went for breakfast and was directed to a table covered in wine. I asked for it to be cleaned and was told there was a wine tasitng the night before. The lady threw the night team under a bus instead of taking responsibility for not checking hereself. Hotel was extremly warm which sole poeple will be ok with. Not the worst stay ever but the worst by far ive experienced.
