It is a very large and busy hotel near an international airport - but the attentiveness & hospitality of staff, the calm & clean spaciousness, the quiet rooms, and lovely atmosphere make it feel like a boutique experience. (And I spent hours after checkout waiting for my pickup, and I never felt as if I were in the way at all.)"

"Our stay was fabulous staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable about attractions to visit. Food was lovely in the bar and restaurant very well staffed nothing too much trouble. We had an early ferry so no breakfast but sounded great. Location was really good for getting to the airport and ferry as M50 beside it. Would definitely recommend staying there."
