"I attended for a retirement function and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The manager, Dale, was first class and made sure everything went well. Definitely a good venue for any kind of function. We had a private room and bar and a buffet - which was excellent quality. We also had access to a projector screen etc so we could plug in a laptop and play videos. It was a very professional set up. We could use to a decking area which overlooks the river. A very good venue and I would highly recommend it."

"Staff were really friendly, hotel was very cosy , clean and close to the town. It has lovely views of the estuary from the upper floors. The spa was very clean; the pool was a decent size as were the sauna and steam rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant. However, when ordering, there were some things on the menu that were no longer available. For a hotel of this size, this should not happen! The prices were rather inflated. There was a set menu that guests who had an inclusive rate could use, however, we did not have this option and so had to order from the a la carte offering. The inclusive continental breakfast was good, with a good choice of items."

"This hotel was amazing !!! Beautiful views, helpful staff and absolutely pristine, everywhere in this hotel was so clean and lots of lovely areas to sit and eat or just have a lovely drink on the roof top, we will definitely be coming back, and an added massive bonus is the spa room on the 4 th floor, these ladies are amazing!! The massages alone are one of the reasons we will be returning, if you want somewhere special to stay then this is the hotel for you. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Great sea view. Shame no breakfast option, but wasn't a major issue for us. Hot tub wasn't in use. Didn't use the Outdoor pool but did use the indoor pool which was nice, although the jacuzzi didn't seem to work very well. If we could get the same room then we'd happily stay again."

"Had a wonderful stay, hotel location great, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean, a good size and well equipped. These things can't be helped but the part of the spa was out of action (would have been good to know before hand) but it did not significantly disrupt our stay. Our room was not sea facing so there was some noise from delivery vehicles (essential supplies needed) in the mornings. Would stay again."
