"Honestly, this was a wonderful hotel all round! I was sent down here for work but decided to bring my mum with me for a cheeky free trip to Torquay and the staff at the hotel couldn’t be any more accommodating than they were! She’s disabled and I had a plethora of requests to help make her stay more comfortable and they came up trumps on every single one of them. The staff were lovely, the room was lovely and spacious, the food was excellent and the service was five stars! We ordered room service and there was a small tray charge for this, but it was worth it for the convenience, quality and level of service. There is a little spa area, emphasis on the word little, but does the trick perfectly. I have some more work coming up down this way so will definitely be rebooking as soon as my dates are confirmed! "We both thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Spa facilities were great but the room wasn’t too great. We found a room was very small and it gave us a feel like we are in travel lodge. Having said that but spa was amazing. Overall we enjoyed the break."
