"It's a pretty good walk uphill from the ferry so I would recommend using their shuttle service. I do wish the shuttle service was offered longer (it ends at 4:00 p.m.)."

"The views are AMAZING!!! We booked a whale watching tour (Outer Island Excursions) and you were able to get on the boat right there at the resort. We arrived later at night due to ferry delays, but the resort sends you the door code when your room is ready and we had no issues. 2 places to eat on property-Black Fish cafe and a bar and grill. The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to get in."

"I was so happy with our stay at the Islander! It was conveniently located, beautiful view, shuttle to the ferry and had fantastic Saturdays morning yoga! Our room had a perfect kitchenette and every staff member was helpful and kind. The pool could use a lot less chlorine, but that was our only constructive feedback from the trip. Will definitely stay again!"

"In that beautiful, natural setting, we felt remote, yet we were just a few minutes outside of Friday Harbor. Our room was lovely, comfortable and well-appointed. The bedding and furniture were high quality--right down to the blinds that allowed in light and air while still providing privacy. They thought of every detail to keep us comfortable (bathrobes, fan, beverages, coffee/tea stand, etc.). Claudia's breakfast was wonderful with delicious healthy and comfort-food offerings. One of my favorite parts was feeding the goats and alpacas. What joy. We will be back."

"We can’t say enough about our time at Inn to the Woods, from the supportive and flexible communications around travel and arrival to the extremely welcoming amenities. We had privacy to enjoy our time together from our lovely sweet and private hot tub and also enjoyed connecting with other guests during locally sourced breakfasts with the lake in view and the seat warmers making us comfortable."

"Fabulous experience! Highly recommend. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything. The owner and staff were top-notch. We even had an hour long classical concert on the owner's 1910 Steinway Concert Grand Piano and his harpsichord located in the living room... Mozart, Bach, and much more. So relaxing! The breakfast both mornings was garden to table fresh and unique recipes that were delicious. The grounds included lots of flowers, fruit trees, vegetable garden, chicken coops for fresh eggs, etc. Plenty of parking. Very hospitable in every way!"

"We loved staying at this charming, spacious , but cozy cottage! Beautiful property, we enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and grilling and eating while taking in the nice views on the huge deck. Nice hot tub, comfortable beds, huge dining room. Very charming place, it reminded me of a Cape Cod cottage, we will be back for sure, definitely exceeded our expectations!"
