"Clean and nice location "

"Per friendly. A bit too expensive. Check in at 16.00, however checkout at 10:00am— this is disproportionate. "

"Very clean, safe and walkable, nice staff, breakfast was good with nice view. There was no hot water 2-3 nights, had to talk to hotel multiple times and finally figured it out. No elevator in the building, no telephone in room. "

"Everyone is very nice and makes sure you're having a great experience. The restaurant is great - the breakfast is a full breakfast including made to order eggs and things. The recently re-done dinner is really doing great Spanish-fusion food. A few things are less than ideal, like the strong cow smell at times outside in that part of town, but it's quite close to the train station and very comfortable. To get to the hotel, go left out of the train, down under the train tracks, left again at the next road, then left into the marked driveway of the hotel. There might be a shortcut in the summertime, but I didn't see any in the winter. "

"The room was very clean and well-organized. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. It is easy to get taxis to take you into Livigno if you do t want to walk. You will need to stock up on water or other food/drink items as there is not a market nearby. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this very charming family run hotel. The rooms were clean and we loved the heated floors! The staff was exceptionally friendly and we enjoyed a simple but delicious breakfast every morning! Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere in the town of Livigno. Grazie!"
