"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. "Very nice hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. Room was not huge but had a nice size closet and enough space to accommodate our stuff. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and great quality. Bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower, all bath products were very good quality.
Front desk staff were very professional, cordial and provided great service. Breakfast room service was prompt and very good.
Parking space was free end very convenient.
