"The low rating was due to the property switched upon arrival, no notice. Someone just sent me a new address in the same community. Apparently there was an issue with our original rental. They were not transparent about it. The new rental had a leak in the toilet and staff placed a towel around it. Communication needs improvement and I recommend providing a garbage can or bags inside the kitchen (we used a box we had from our travels) In summary, we made it work and enjoyed our time."

"AMAZING! Beautiful location. Tuscany rolling hill views! If you are traveling with lots of luggage and/or toddlers, it's easier to take a taxi from Santa Maria Florence train station. There was an issue with WiFi that no one could figure out, google apps such as gmail, YouTube wouldn't work normally on my iPhone, it would only work through safari app. Will definitely come back next time we visit Italy."

"Stayed for one week family of 4, 2 kids ages 9 and 4. We had a great time. Staff (Gulia) was super helpful was waiting for us late for our check in as our flight was delayed. The apt was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had enough detergents, towels everything a family with kids would need. My husband and daughter played tennis everyday. Kids played ping pong and at the playground and we enjoyed the pools so much! We had an excellent dinner at casa masi for my birthday too. Just a fee minutes away by car to coop to buy some groceries. Overall it was an excellent experience"

"We thought they would be serving dinner every night but there was no chef! So no Dinner service. Good A/C. Breakfast buffet was great, bartender made sandwiches and salads at lunch time. Be prepared to drive windy dark roads at night to find restaurants, 10-20 minutes away. Also we were charged additional fees for early checkin and late checkout, I found this to be excessive. We found their local white wine is not very good (buttery, and perfumy)"
