First the staff checked me into the wrong room. He didn't read my first name with my last name & didn't catch it until i was signing the ipad. I ended up having my family send me the $$ to correct his error. Second, no hot tub & i wouldn't let my worst enemy in the tetanus room they call a pool. ...

Global Luxury Suites Bethesda Chevy Chase
Both, the room was not suitable for a stay and staff was not accommodating. We had to go to another hotel. Please refund our money, this has created hardship amad this business trip.

Americana Condos 10th street
Room was clean. No utensils, dish soap, body wash, paper towels or toilet paper as stated. Charged 10 per day for each car. Only 1 spot available insight and other spots were 10 blocks away! Staff was rude and not accommodating at check in.
