"Great experience, pleasant customer service "

"We stayed for two weeks at the Luxury Apartments. Our initial one‑bedroom ground‑floor unit had a few issues, including a noise nuisance. We raised this with Medrick, who promptly moved us to a duplex with a pool view—a huge improvement. The complex is modern and well kept, and Medrick’s service was excellent. Notes for future guests: if breakfast shows as included, it doesn’t automatically cover the on‑site restaurant; there’s a 150 GHS per‑person allowance and anything above that is payable. Towels are limited to one per person with no extra hand or pool towels. Minor quibbles overall—we’d happily return."

From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. "Becky was so lovely and very supportive. So far this is the best experience I’ve ever had traveling around the globe. Becky made me feel so special. Anytime I need to ask for something, she’s always available for me. The room cleaners were so polite, friendly and lovely. I will choose this place million times. Becky and her team are the best. The security guys also gave an excellent and exceptional service. These guys would not even allow me to carry my own stuff. They always carry my stuff to the elevator door regardless of how heavy it is. Best experience ever in my life. I have been at the property before and had an awesome experience but this visit’s experience was a top notch. Am already missing the the place. I love ❤️ Becky and her team.
