"My flight arrived close to midnight, so I especially appreciated the 24-hour airport shuttle, even though it appears to be a private vehicle & driver contracted by the hotel. It was a small sedan, so families and larger groups need to ask if that’s the only vehicle available for shuttle. This hotel is older, but I found the bed to be comfortable and the breakfast to be adequate with a few hot items."

However, when I talked to the person at the front desk (Chelsea), she changed my room without hesitation and provided a better option that suited me. Chelsea was absolutely so professional and friendly. She truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again. The customer service is what truly made me enjoy my experience. "

"Overall a good experience. The place was clean and spacious. Love that there even was a kitchen but found it weird that it was completely empty - no flatware, glasses/cups, etc. Even though the parking lot was pretty full we didn’t see or hear many people. "
