"The rooms was dirty the staff is rude. They was sitting in front of me talking about how she call the police on a customer because she doesn’t argue with customers. Which that’s something that should be talked about in private. I wasn’t offer another room. The lady at the desk said I would be refunded.now I called to see where was my refund now she’s telling me I have to contact the 3rd party "

"Breakfast was fresh! Parking felt safe! Thr pool was a big hit for my girls on Spring Break! Staff was exceptional and the room and hotel was very clean! We will definitely return thank you!"
