"We enjoyed our stay at Blue Palace. The staff is very friendly - especially the parking staff. There are lots of dining options on the property. The location is great. It is close to Elounda/Plaka, but not too close so it still feels private/peaceful. It has tremendous potential. The breakfast buffet is great - tons of options. Our only complaint is that everything feels very dated. Also, the 'private' pools are not very private. "

"Perfect location for what we needed. We stayed in a sea view family room which was two interconnected rooms with balcony. Hotel was not busy and the pool was quiet and refreshing. 10 minute walk into centre but we took the 15 minute scenic route down to the bay and Along the seafront. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would return and highly recommend. Thanks to all that made our stay very enjoyable."

"This was our first trip to Crete and our first impressions were good - on arrival we were taken by buggy to reception from the car park, bags whisked away. Check in was very smooth with a welcome glass of bubbly. We were shown around the resort and taken to our room. This was a classic bungalow sea view - unfortunately there were a few issues with the room which were resolved over the first couple of days. "Excellent hotel, helpful & friendly staff. Food very good - great breakfast and good variety of evening restaurants. Walking distance to Elounda town for local restaurants and bars, and boat trips. We would definitely recommend and go back in the future. Maybe not ideal for those with limited mobility as large and spacious hotel on a number of levels with limited lift access."
