"Breakfast was nice to have available. Only had it once in my 4 day stay. The freezer in the fridge was full of built up ice - unusable. It was nice to have a fridge tho. The toilet was so very low. It would be nice to have the higher toilet. For the money, the Comfort Inn served the purpose for me. Thank you "

"Front desk lady was on rude. She gave me my card and said that’s your room number and nothing else. Whatever, I can live with that. But when I got to the room there was NO toilet paper. I went to the lady at the front desk who was talking on her personal phone and I asked for some toilet paper for the room and she said they were out & there was no alternatives and she continued to talk on her phone. The room was dirty with food cakes on the handle. Very uncomfortable to sleep at. "

"I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. Non working elevator and non- working TV, non working lobby telephone. Never again! Oh, 2 Extended Stays with-in of a mile of eachother and no way of discerning easily which one is which!"
