"The cleaning crew did not replenish bottled water, coffee packets."

"First was informed that my reservation of a king bed was no good and we were given two doubles, which was not ideal. Staff appeared upset we were there. Get into the room and immediately realized the floor was staining our feet brown, and was also sticky by the door. Go to put drinks in the fridge and it is unplugged (and very difficult to plug in as the stand was not movable). Turn on TV and it is blurry to the point you can’t read it. Go to the bathroom and there is a pubic hair and a booger on the shower wall. The molding behind the door was rotted away. Water pressure was nonexistent and refused to get hot one day. One day our room was not cleaned (which isn’t a huge deal but is an expected perk of staying somewhere). Some towels had very visible stains. Directions to ice machine led nowhere. There was a large gap under the door so you could hear everything happening outside if the AC was off. Overall a terrible experience."

"Cleanliness of room: HORRIBLE - the carpet nasty; refrigerator smelled; water cold. Amenities in room: NO room phone; NO microwave. Hallway: trash can located front of room door. Parking Fee: $20 per night (x 2-nights $40). Building: TERRIBLE - Needs repairs "

"Si quieres conocer Washington DC y quieres un hotel excelente calidad-precio, este es perfecto!. En si el hotel muy comodo (3.5- 4 estrellas), el cuarto excelente. Comodo y bien equipado. Abajo un bar, restaurante y su pequeña tienda. El sector súper tranquilo para caminar sin problemas. La calle de atrás hay full restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Alado del hotel hay un restaurante super bien ranqueado y un supermercado a media cuadra. El servicio al cliente bueno, nada del otro mundo. Ubicación: a 10 minutos caminando a la estación de tren y a 3 minutos en bus. La parada del bus es literalmente al pie. Desde la estación de metro hasta el centro de Washington son 30-35 min. En general, incluso al aeropuerto puedes moverte super bien en Metro sin necesidad de taxis o Uber. Relación costo/beneficio 100/100. Recomendado."
