"When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. And the reason why I said “we” is cuz is not just me that went to tell the person in the kitchen to fill more food. There’s couple of people that went to tell them. When we went there, we saw they were just talking and don’t even bother to come and look at the breakfast station. And the butter, half and half and the ketchup all out. And there’s one lady that I want to tell her that there’s no more coffee she just walk away from me and called the other person to come talk to me. Enough about the breakfast. Room service. I request a room service every other day to clean the room and change the towel. They never clean the room and the change the towel. We are paid for the hotel to stay not beggar. The staff and the breakfast I would give it below terrible so rude. And also the room service is super terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I should have taking a picture of my room that never clean."

"This was a unique property. It had the space and a kitches as if you had rented a home. yet it had the convience of the hotel. (pool, hot tub, and a breakfast. could be ideal for a young family vacation. Also well located to get to any tourist attractions in the black hills."

"The hotel was ok. Fairly clean, meaning there were were places around the property that could use some TLC. The carpet in the stairwell had the same dried mud crumbled on it for each of the 4 days we were there, our bedside table was falling apart and the emergency cover in the elevator kept falling off and was just wedged into the opening. The room was good for the most part, had a very damp kind of oder to it, but was able to open the window and that helped immensely. Shower head was very worn and had sporadic spray but good water pressure and instant hot water. Pool and hot tub were good also. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet style breakfast. Kudos to whomever thought to offer freshed baked cookies at the front desk....they were delicious!!"

"This hotel is very outdated. The chair in our room was frayed and so dirty, that we didn't want to sit on it. The remote for the TV was very dirty and needed new batteries. We had to get a new lightbulb as one of the lamps didn't work next to the bed. The bathtub barely drained when taking a shower and the shower curtain was filthy. The carpet was very dirty too. The side entry door keypad was broke so you had to go through the main entrance to get to the elevator. At the side entry door, people were stacking up bags of their dog's waste on a mechanical box. I hope a garbage can could be placed somewhere for the dog owners to use. After seeing the filth in our room, we skipped on breakfast."

"To start off the staff was friendly and helpful. Appeared the hotel was updated but still not in great shape. The room was ok, fridge had someone’s leftover from previous stay. The shades for room mediocre, didn’t do the job to keep Room room dark especially since sunrise is earlier. Provided styrofoam cups for room, which felt cheap. The location is noisy and room was small. I would not stay here again."
