"Still havent recived my deposit back from stay"

"⭐️ Very disappointing stay overall. The staff came across as dismissive and rude from the moment we arrived. We stood at the front counter waiting without even being acknowledged or greeted. Customer service was lacking throughout the stay. The room was also poorly prepared — there was no shampoo or basic bathroom amenities provided, and we had to go ask for them ourselves. The pool was out of order, which was frustrating, especially since nobody informed us ahead of time or during check-in. On top of that, the staff never explained where any of the hotel amenities were located, and we were never told about the $7 breakfast special either. Communication and hospitality were seriously lacking. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized. I would not stay here again."

"Room is clean, staff very friendly and excellent service, breakfast was fresh and tasty, however needs variety, would definitely be back "

"Staff were amazing , there was a wedding going on with loud music, they shut it down at 11pm or maybe the music was just turned down. We were on the second floor. They listen to my concerns about the music and I am sure that others had mentioned the noise as well as the hotel was booked full. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The breakfast was a hit with my family! It eliminated having to think about what to feed the kids for breakfast. There was enough selection for every one to choose from. Our room was clean and was spacious enough for all of us."

"The Hotel was acceptable, but they apparently housing a fairly large group of immigrants. Not that that is a bad idea, but we weren’t told that, and at breakfast they were helping themselves to breakfast, and letting their kids run around, on there own I paid a fair amount of money to stay there, it would have been nice to know before booking."
