"Staff is always very helpful. Our rooms have always been clean. We've stayed here several times because they are so close to our family, always clean and inexpensive. The only thing I'd warn people of -- and the hotel can't fix it - is the noise from the bar across the parking lot and occasionally from the highway (231). "

"We’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Huntsville, Alabama every time we travel to Huntsville, and we always enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. We’re always pleased with our experience here.
The only issue we had during this trip was that housekeeping didn’t come by to refresh the room. We travel with a baby, so we tend to go through more towels and have more trash than most guests. Other than that, we had another great stay and will definitely continue staying here when we visit Huntsville."
