"Had a 4 year old grandson get ill in the middle of the night and requested new set of bedding. Staff responded quickly and efficiently. Carried away soiled linen and provided new set of bedding and extra sheets and pillowcases just in case. My compliments!"

"This place is dog friendly. We had are dog and where able to sit outside and have cocktails and meals. They even brought a bowl of water for our dog. Views are lovely. The food at the lodge was absolutely delicious! I had shrimp cocktail. pan seared grouper with a lemon caper sauce and a house salad with blue cheese😋 Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice linens. Room had a nice table and chair set Balcony had a small table and chair set. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Daughter, lives in an apartment within 7 minutes walking distance of this hotel and our first experience was great and we have stayed here every time since including booking for other family members. As long as she is in Huntsville we will be staying here. Everyone and everything is always amazing. Public’s on other side of the parking garage is a nice plus. Staff is always cheerful and happy to help. My only caution to you is if you are a light sleeper ask for a room that is not on the main road. It gets a little loud depending on events downtown."

"Staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Hotel was undergoing some updates which caused some noise. AC is very loud in some rooms. Seems to be the 3rd floor. Carpets could use a good clean in the rooms but bathroom was cleaned."
