"We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover between Florida Keys and Titusville. The hotel is motel style, with ample free parking near your room, check-in was quick and easy. The hotel room was spacious with a large and comfy King Bed, Large TV, Seating area with desk/table, fridge and microwave. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Our stay included a free breakfast, which included a wide array of choices from breads, cereal, fresh fruit, hot food and pastries. The food was basic, but for free was very good and a large choice. We were ultimately very pleased with our stay at this hotel, for the price we paid – we felt we had received great value. The hotel is nicely located close to the US1."

"Eventhough the hotel was beautiful and friendly staff we were unaware the pool was out of service. The point of coming here was for the rooftop pool with our child. If I would of known I wouldnt have booked here. They didnt even mention it at check in. We found out from the bartender and the pool bar."

"Clean safe and quiet, staff was very friendly. The best part is what’s behind the hotel. Walk past the 2nd red fire pump station on the right side of the hotel to the walkway and turn right. The promenade goes all the way around the pond to the restaurants and shopping. Check out the Love Locks Bridge in the middle "

"The room had a somewhat musty odor, but it cleared some when we opened the door for a few minutes. The bed linens looked, smelled and felt freshly laundered. The room was clean. Breakfast was far better than expected, with multiple options and an outdoor seating area. Staff kept the area clean and stocked. This is obviously an older property, but the overall value for the money is great."
