"Great place. Quiet, rooms were very clean and modern. While they changed their breakfast policy, they give out a to-go bag breakfast with a burrito, orange, juice, etc. This hotel is literally 20 mins from Biscayne NP and Everglades NP visitor centers. It’s also only 25 mins from Key Largo. Great location. If we’re back this way, we’d definitely stay again."

"The hotel location and cleanliness is good. Main problem is parking. Mandatory $35 + tax daily vale fee is too high. The receptionist at night shift is not polite, smiley and helpful. The hospitality is very important especially when you arrive at where you stay after driving long hours like us. Hot water and hot coffee is not hot, but just warm. Breakfast is normal but It could be diversified a bit more. Plastic utensils should be more quality."

"Thank goodnes this was just a one night pre-cruise stay. Check-in process ok. Except at 3:45 I was told my room was not ready yet. They Could not tell me when room would be ready. But they would text me. So at the actual check-in time of 4 I asked another clerk if my room was ready and it was. At 4:30 while in our room I received the text that my room was ready. In the room, the sliding barn door on one side of the bathroom would not close properly, as the track was coming off the wall. There was a lot of dust in areas where people do not normally touch or reach, but should still be cleaned. At 5 pm our group went up to rooftop bar to grab a drink before going to dinner, as it is advertised bar is open 5 - 10 pm. Nope 5:30 is when someone showed up. After returning from dinner, a friend and I went for a drink at 9:25 and we were told we had to leave as they were closing at 9:30. I also think the pool area should be open layer then 8 pm. As for the breakfast, this hotel shined. Attentive staff, reasonable food for a continental breakfast."

Biltmore Hotel - Miami - Coral Gables

"The Biltmore is a place like no other. If you've been here, you know what I mean; if you haven't... just do it! You'll be so glad you did. We go every year for our anniversary in June, so we're always there during pool season, and that pool is one incredible place to be. It's bigger than a small lake and the atmosphere is heavenly. The Fontana restaurant is great for supper, and also breakfast. The bar alongside the pool is perfect for lunch and a little drink-ee-poo when the sun gets a tad too hot on the old skin. The rooms are luxurious and grand, no matter the size or layout; comfortable beds, sophisticated bathroom, robes to wear in the night, so great. We love the Biltmore, we're fans you might say. Those who run the place and those who make the place run are courteous and friendly and even more important, they are knowledgeable. Make sure to spend a few leisurely and peaceful days at the Biltmore. Oh, and one of my favorite features, on every floor, along the length of every corridor, are large framed pictures covering the entire history of both the Biltmore and the city of Coral Gables."
