"Given keys to the room that wasn't even cleaned yet. Staff cleaning didn't speak english and couldn't communicate with us. Front desk manager didn't seem to care, offered to move room but accomodations were made specifically for adjoing rooms. One door almost falling of hinges. Springler hanging out of wall. Beds were hard as a rock. Shower was like warm at best. Very low class and worn. Breakfast was small and minimal for guests. Most food was gone. "

I requested more sheets and changed my first night. I had to request a complete thorough cleaning for that room. Receptionist and manager were very nice. They understood my complaints and made sure my issues were completed in a timely manner. "
