Hotels near Ella Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center

"This has been—without a doubt—one of the worst stays I have ever experienced in my life. If you’re looking for a “real” getaway that feels like something out of a horror movie, then this is the hotel to visit. First, they claim that breakfast is included, but when you arrive, all they offer is coffee in a dirty, unkept area. The pool area is disgusting—it looks like it could be home to the next frog prince or even the source of a future pandemic. In the room, you’ll encounter everything you can imagine: insects like ants and spiders, leaks in the shower, and an air conditioner so loud it makes it impossible to sleep. But out of all these unfortunate experiences, the most absurd situation happened on my last night. Around 9:00 p.m., another guest tried to open my door because they had also been assigned the same room I was already staying in."

"Luis and Rhonda you have such a lovely home! So much better than staying at a hotel. Their home was walking distance to many restaurants which was nice. And the area is so beautiful and we felt very safe. The bed was so comfortable and the fan in the room was nice. Thank you so much for the wonderful breakfast. Lauryn and I just loved sitting with you both this morning, and it was a definite plus to meet your beautiful cat! We will definitely be back when there’s another clinic at Salisbury University:)"

"Bathtub was dirty. Lights in bathroom sink area two of three didn't work. Door to room had air gap around it. Molding on wall decaying. Beds were not comfortable. Like sleeping on a rock."

"Pull up sofa bed had blood stains on it which was unbelievable. Hot tub was extremely filthy, breakfast bar was not ready to go by 6:00 am as promised. But the front staff was extremely grateful and genuine"
