"Great location for walking around Monterey, however, not for getting a good night sleep. Had street facing room and had to sleep w/ windows open bc there’s no air conditioning. Nonstop noise from 12:30 am to morning. Conversations on the street, then two garbage collection and 2 different times, and then the 1hr squawking of seagulls before sunrise. Maybe, ask for an inside room if you value sleep. "

"Hot tub was great, hotel restaurant cute and clean hotel room! It was just perfect for our little weekend getaway. "

"Easy access"

"Great older hotel, but well maintained and lovely property. Trees and nice layout. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

"I only stayed for one night and the only interaction I had was with front desk. She was great! The room itself was comfortable and mostly clean. Parking is easy and there's lots of it. It's also located pretty close to Marina State beach. I'd stay here again for sure."

"Half way through my shower when my hair had conditioner and my body was all covered in soap it lost all water pressure besides a dribble. I waited about 5 minutes and nothing changed so I did my best to rinse but I'm pretty sure I wasn't able to fully to rinse my hair and body. That was ridiculous"

"I travelled with little kids. I choice this hotel because of the amenities that were suitable for kids. The place was nice, spacious and kid friendly. The only issue I had is that I asked for a plate but they said I had to go down from the 9th floor to the 1st and find the kitchen to get one! I couldn’t leave my kids alone to go get it. The idea of “give them a pickle” was lost on this request. "

"Quiet and plenty of parking"

"I couldn't tell if the sheets were swapped out or if they just reuse them because they were wrinkled where you normally sleep. Normally, if you watch something, there's no wrinkles in it. I asked for a late check out. They wanted to charge me $75. Probably not going back there again. "
