Staff was super friendly, the location is perfect- close to Banff without being "in the thick of it" & super walkable to coffee, restaurants, laundromat, groceries, liquor store, etc. I had a mountain view room, which was great, and the lower panel of the window opens so you can let in some fresh mountain air, which was an amazing perk for me. Hot water & water pressure were great & parking was easy & convenient. "

"One bedroom condo style unit. Liked the upscale kitchen appliances and the two fireplaces. Very clean. King bed was comfortable. Washroom had tub and stand alone shower with jets on three walls. Lots of room in the hot tube. Good location. Would stay there again."
