"Checkin was help up because of the rooms not being ready. The front desk staff handled it verry well and almost all of the guest that had to wait were not very un happy. The brakfast is useless and dont bank on it. Hotel is new clean functiponal and safe with a few options to dine around the property. "

"Everything was amazing during our stay from check in check out. We were there for four days and it went amazing. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was not a hassle at all. Room was great clean and spacious and comfortable."

"Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast included. Couldn’t get internet, nor TV service on the 3rd floor- had to use a hot spot so my kids could watch TV at night. "
