Electronics City hotel rooms a the OYO Rooms

"They first tried to charge me extra saying I need to pay more than what I paid on Hotels.com. The hotel itself is a mess terribly dirty, uncomfortable and not worth the price. Mattress and toilets are pathetic. "

"The website mentioned Breakfast included. There was none at the property. Bathroom was not clean."

"The booking was done for Rs.620 per room per night for 2 adults. When I reached the hotel, they did not accept the booking. They said the rate is Rs.1500 per room; the recepetionist was not even ready to see the booking and not ready to share the property owner's contact number. She said she has informed about the revised tariff, but the online booking sites have not updated it. She simply turned a blind eye for whatever I said to her. Worst experience! I had to find another hotel at a higher...

"While booking this hotel it says Complimentary Buffet will be provided but actually it's not. Overall okay and no proper customer support to report late checkin."
