"The staff was nice and seemed helpful. The room had several patched holes, including one in the shower. All the amenities work and the room was spacious however we left a day early after finding cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I requested a refund for the rest of our stay but have not seen it as of yet."

"This hotel was fine for its price point. There were some spots on the bathroom counter that weren't clean. It seems that since the granite was multi-colored the unclean parts weren't noticeable to whoever "cleaned". The receptionist wasn't very helpful when it came to telling us information about restaurants in walking distance. "

"We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing the "fan" only mode. The one in our room was very loud and constanty turned on and off disturbing our sleep. Breakfast is usually a bright spot at Red Roof Inns, but we found items to be stale, bland, or missing. The milk was empty, and it took some time to find someone to bring a new carton. Coffee was poor, tea not existant, and the hot water spigot was barely flowing. Overall, the property felt damp. Flooring was coming up. I hope the repairs and upgrades for peak season are made quickly to be up to Red Roof Inn standards and its online rating."

"Off season so breakfast was not provided (we knew this so no problem). The hotel was clean and quiet and staff was fantastic."

"The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot black stuff out of the Jets when I turned it on eventually did clear out. It also leaked at the Spicket, causing water to run down onto the carpet. There was food against the wall that had not been vacuumed. We had to ask for towels as soon as we went in as there was only one big towel, a washcloth and one hand towel and two of us. No extra toilet paper no tissues. Had to ask for those. The breakfast wasn’t bad. It consisted of cereal, pancakes, bananas, yogurt, milk, mango juice and coffee. Parking was good n well lit. "
